Day of fun and excitement begins with the Meijer Costume Parade at HOWL-O-FEST

The Meijer Costume Parade starts at Noon each day for the family-friendly HOWL-O-FEST event at Kings Island. The line begins near the Nickelodeon Theatre. Best costumes of the day win great prizes.
